Likewise, as a financial services consultant with AIA, I seek to analyse and suggest timely remediation to ensure that my clients are in the pink of financial health.
To assist my clients, I adopt a systematic approach - using the AIA financial health check process and analysis report, I first understand my clients’ current financial situation, then identify their priorities and objectives, before making fitting recommendations to counteract any of their shortfall in achieving their financial goals in life.

Background and Experience
Even before graduating with Honours in Economics from the National University of Singapore, Roh Ting had always wanted a career that is both related to the financial field, as well as one where she can feed her love for interacting with people. Hence, joining the insurance industry allows her to have the best of both worlds.
Roh Ting first joined AIA and signed up as a management trainee under the company’s Executive Development Programme (EDP) in 2006. The EDP has helped to increase her knowledge and competence as a financial services consultant. Under the guidance of trainers, colleagues, and most importantly her manager, Jamson Chia, she successfully helped her clients to take concrete steps towards realising their goals through the needs-based approach.
In her 2 years as a financial services consultant, Roh Ting enjoyed achievements in company clubs and conventions, such as the AIA Rising Star and Million Dollar Club Award.
Roh Ting is highly driven by her passion and dedication and has pledges continue in her area of expertise in planning for public service officers and expand further into business insurance planning for companies’ employers and employees. She looks forward to each day where she can interact with people and provide comprehensive solutions and advice. She enjoys everything that she does for my clients and derives tremendous satisfaction from seeing her clients achieving better finiancial health.
